It's lunchtime. Peanutbutter and Jelly sandwich cut into 4 squares.... 3 cookies for dessert and a Minute Maid Juicebox. Squeaky (the baby) is napping, Daddy is in his office working, 3 older siblings are at school. It's alone time for Tinkerbell and mommy for lunch. Normally Tinkerbell asks Mommy to say the prayer. Today she decided to say it herself.
[imagine the cutest little girl voice you have ever heard]
Tinkerbell: "Dear Heavenly Father. [A bunch of mumbling due to her praying with her arms folded over her face and her face bent low into her raised knee. Mommy then taps her on the shoulder and says that she can't hear Tinkerbell's prayer.] Please bless Jesus to come to our house after we clean it up. Please bless everyone to be healthy so the germs go out of their tummies. Bless me to eat my lunch so the germs will go out of my tummy so the food can go in and make me healthy. We ask this, in the name, of Jesus Christ, Amen."
[Mommy is currently gritting teeth and holding her breath trying to hold in a giggle]
Tinkerbell: "Mommy, I love Jesus!"
Mommy: "I know you do. I'm glad you do."
[Mommy walks away quickly so she doesn't hear the giggle from the cuteness of the prayer]

Kids are so funny sometimes.
Not only do you know what she's thinking- but what she understands as well! :)
