Withdrawls - again

I love reading books. I really get into the characters and enjoy the ebb and flow of the story line. I try to keep my reading to one chapter per night (gives me something to dream about). About 2/3rds of the way through a book it gets to the "good part" and I end up reading more than 1 chapter. I can't possibly go to bed with the story hanging like that.. it could give me nightmares. LOL

I just finished another of Brandon Mull's Fablehaven books (#2). I've been debating about making a late night dash to Wallyworld to pick up #3 just so I don't have to feel disconnected from my "family". Instead... I'm here, trying to waste time so I will just go to bed.

I think I'll goof around the Fablehaven website. It's AMAZING!!!!

Tomorrow.... Book #3.... is MINE!!!!!

(When are the school book order forms coming out? The have really good deals on books. I need to get my fix somewhere).

Interestingly enough, my sister-in-law's brother-in-law (follow that?) is the illustrator of those books. I have yet to read any but another SIL is reading them and recommended them.

We have the series if you need to borrow, or we may be borrowing from the library. At any rate, you should come over and see our "library". Dinohunter and Banana are voracious readers and have all of the recent good stuff. Come see!

So you're distantly related to Brandon Dorman? I can honestly say that it was the art work that drew my attention in the first place. VERY pretty stuff.

I did get out and buy the last copy that Wallyworld had in stock (that night). Already diving in. I will definately have to take you up on your offer to go through your library. At our yardsale, coming up, I will be selling off "the old me" (a bunch of romance novels). I am eager to dive into more interesting story lines and deeper characters. I can use that $ to feed my addiction.

I thought about getting them from the library... then that doesn't support the author. I chose to voice my opinion of his work with my much needed $.
